We're overjoyed to welcome renowned dance facilitator, Wren LaFeet, to lead our warmup for our ✨ I-Opener Dance Online ✨ this upcoming Sunday morning! We continue to welcome a full dance floor from our community around the world... as we relate to each other through the universal language of dance and delight 💕

We welcome your presence from wherever you may be... from your home, together in small safe "dance pods", and out in the world where you find yourself ... enjoy an infusion movement magic!! We'll start with an opening circle, be guided through a grounding and connective warmup with Wren, flowing into live DJ'd beats with Luminus & Journey Weaver, and close with a community sing.
