This week's ✨ Virtual I-Opener Dance ✨invites us to become more GROUNDED, trusting ourselves and ready to meet new challenges. African Dance Warm Up led by Tara Murphy, is a perfect way to plant our feet firmly on the ground. She will be accompanied by live drumming of Chris Keniley.

Followed by immunity-boosting and heart-opening live DJ'd beats with Luminus & Journey Weaver.
