ARC - Authentic Relating Connection
Assisting and facilitating connection with yourself and others through authentic relating, ecstatic movement, personal growth and collective development... ARC offers a range of opportunities to tap into your truth and gain better awareness of the truth in others.
Authentic Relating is a dynamic and fun way to access more understanding conversations with others and the sense of feeling heard. Through the use of interactive partner and group exercises we create a space for you to practice relating authentically and bring your real self to the forefront.
