We ground, we dance, we exchange words of encouragement. Take this opportunity to gather your energy and to glance at our dance community, not just surviving, but thriving! We start with grounding meditation, get energized by a guided warm up with Jen Earls and move into a DJ'ed ecstatic dance wave - with DJ's Luminus & Journey Weaver.
