" ~ Meister Eckhart Bringing the Eastern Mass theme to our Western Mass community we gather again to dance with friends as I-Opener and Dance Spirit co-create a morning of harvested delight! Join us as the seasons change and we dive into the dance of autumn with beats and bliss! We're delighted to welcome Alisa Wright Tanny to lead our warmup through guided embodied expression. I-Opener is also honored to offer a guest DJ from Ecstatic Dance Amsterdam, Jacob Goldmund, to join DJ Luminus on the decks and weave a sweet morning dance journey. Our community art will take shape as a harvest mandala.. continuing the annual tradition started at I-Opener Boston and connecting our communities through a nourishing co-creation. Spots fill up quickly! ~ EVENT INFO ~ I-Opener Dance is a monthly event happening in Boston & Western Mass... you may participate in movement or just enjoy witnessing. There’s interactive art, space for prayer or meditation, a board for networking, and kids corner with family actives. All are welcome! We dance barefoot, though non-street shoes may be worn for health reasons. The dance floor is considered to be a sacred uplifted space and we request conversation be taken outside to honor dance and respect those engaged in the journey. Please review the safety and respect guidelines posted at the door and any concerns at any time may be addressed with an available Space Holder.
