I-Opener Dance: Go with the Flow

Come into the woods to play with us at another West Mass I-Opener. We will dance in the the magical morning Octagon room surrounded by the trees. We will weave in live and electronic music to take you on an ecstatic journey, working out various parts of your body, heart and mind. This dance is on Saturday - good way to start your weekend: energized, connected and inspired. Stay tuned in for details about our music guests, art and warm up facilitator.

10am Arrival 10:15 Opening circle 10:20 Guided Movement Warm up 10:40 DJ'd Ecstatic Dance 12:20 Closing circle You may participate in the dance or just enjoy witnessing. There’s interactive art, space for prayer or meditation, a zone for flow toys, and a kids corner with family actives. All are welcome! We dance barefoot, though non-street shoes may be worn for health reasons. We consider the dance floor to be a sacred uplifted space and request conversation be taken outside to honor dance and respect those engaged in the dance journey. Please review the safety and respect guidelines posted at the door and any concerns at any time may be addressed with an available Space Holder.
