Come and celebrate Mother’s Day with us wholeheartedly. Warm up through yoga with Chandra, let yourself be massaged by the rhythms of live drumming and elevated by uplifting DJ beats. Connect to your feet and to the feet of others. What could be a better way to kick off your Sunday? Community interactive art project, kids corner activities, you and your friends having a good time! (stay tuned in for more updates ) Admission: $15 - $20 sliding scale, students $10 w/ID, kids under 15 free Venue: Somerville Armory, 191 Highland Ave, Somerville, Mass For possible work exchange + shifts contact Sarah or Marek. There’s interactive art, space for prayer or meditation, a zone for flow toys, and a kids corner with family actives. All are welcome! We dance barefoot, though non-street shoes may be worn for health reasons. We consider the dance floor to be a sacred uplifted space and request conversation be taken outside to honor dance and respect those engaged in the dance journey.
