GLOW is a multi-sensory experience of heart opening connection to self and community through dance, art, connection, introspection, and creative expression!  Our seasonal events will bring in alignment the shifts you feel in a space and experience to fully engage with what they offer us!  Move through your emotions, shake up stuck energy, deep dive into inspiration, expand your awareness and sense of self in co-creative expression with all.

GLOW ...a special Sunday morning dance event! 
​
Move as you wish a in a judgement-free space, all ages and backgrounds welcome, engage as little or as much as you like. You may participate in the dance or just enjoy witnessing. The music is a colorful mix of world fusion balancing electronic and organic flavors weaving in elements of tribal beats, latin melodies, world base, festival house, soulful acapella, and much more! There’s interactive art, space for prayer or meditation, an area for flow toys, a kids corner with family actives, community networking hub, chill zone, and room to express yourself as the music inspires you.
